The York FTS Lat Pull Down and Low Row is perfect for personal trainers and athletes wanting to utilise the benefits of a cable column  for building strength and improving conditioning without the costs associated with a fully commercial piece of equipment. This item is both a lat pull down and a low pulley column and either can be used without the need for a cable change.

The system uses floating pulley wheels to redirect a secondary cable to the low pulley. Even more variety can be achieved by using different attachment bars - a straight bar and a standard lat pull down bar are included as standard. The weight carriage accepts standard 1 inch plates but can be converted to accepting Olympic plates by using the York Olympic Adapter Sleeve (sold separately).

The padded leg hold down bar is height adjustable meaning you can set the position to suit your personal requirements. Dimensions are 160cm (L) x 122 (W) x 211 (H) and and has a maximum user weight of 135kg and a maximum lifting weight of 135kg.

This item is suitable for light commercial use. This makes it suitable for home use as well as for use in schools, hospitals, workplaces and non-professional sports team venues (where the public are not charged to use the facilities) and is also suitable for use by personal trainers in their own private training facilities.
